It really does work. I have many issues to do with regulating my body temperature. This certainly provides me with some relief. It lasts about half-an-hour. That doesn't sound long but the cooling effect it provides for that time is well worth it.

We bought it for a trip to Japan in summer. It was good until we noticed it didn’t last long in the 36 degree heat. It melted in 15 mins and we noticed people there were wearing better ones which do not melt as the substance inside is not just water.

Keeps me cool on long walks

Bought these for my husband to keep him cool at work, but they ended up not working out. They didn't stay cold for very long and didn't fit properly around his neck.
