Ib precede these for my 6 year olds birthday, thinking I could send cupcakes to school with the Dino picks in them and then use everything else fir his party at home. None of the cake things were in the package. I didn't open everything when it came nor did I realize the cupcake and cake toppers weren't there until the balloon and streamers were already blown up.
