The product was spelling but overall not bad

Once I received the box today, it had a delightful smell coming out of it. But it was also super greasy because several bottles of oils leaked, and one (eucalyptus) was missing. This is a very unfortunate situation and a very unpleasant experience indeed. I need a refund/replacement/your option/, please.

Got pretty quick. Only gave 3 stars because there was oil all over the place when I opened the box. One of the bottles was not closed and leaked all over.Scents are great.

I just received my essential oils , and all but two were secure. The rest leaked all over the box leaving nothing left in the container. Why would I return this? That would be messy .. I would like a new box with safely secured oils , Please and thank you!!!UPDATETHEY DID SEND ME A NEW BOX AT NO EXTRA COSTHOWEVER, SAME ISSUE.. IM JUST GOING TO BUY SOME IN PERSON

Smells nice but, a couple of bottles leaked and half empty.

The oil smells good but most all of it leaked out of box! The lids were lose.a big disappointing.it was a birthday gift.

There is no scent in the oil..
