I bought this voice recorder, at first I liked it, but then I realized that it is very difficult to use. The first thing is that I can’t connect it to my phone, Mac or Windows 10, I don’t understand what is the reason and what I'm doing wrong. If I want to listen to the recordings when I loop to before , the recording is not reversed, but simply replayed from the beginning. In order for me to listen to the end of the lecture, I have to just wait 2-3 hours and not try to twist it.

Follow up to this product, the seller was very accommodating and offered refund. I'll give seller 5 stars for responsiveness, and great customer service.This product is lousy. The sound quality is average, battery life good, small and discreet, but not compatible with MAC or iPhone, no way to delete old files, no way to name files if you have a Mac.

DO NOT purchase this or anything else from Vormooi. This stopped working after a month. Nothing can read it. I've tried to troubleshoot it on various computers and phones (I even plugged it into my PS5 to see if it can at least detect it and nothing). Don't waste your money.

Like many others have stated on here, my computer can't read the device so I cant extract the recordings off of the device!

returned simply there were better quality and lower price product on amazon.caprice should be lower since this was an old designed product.

This is a really cool voice recorder. It's extremely small and it has enough storage to record about 300 hours on its default setting (you can lower the recording quality to double or triple this number). The battery life is very good on this.It comes with earbud headphones and an adapter that lets you use them directly on the recorder to listen to your recordings and skip through them. Also included is a micro USB cable for both charging and hooking it up to a computer to grab the audio files, a hand strap, and some adapters for other USB plug types.Starting a recording is as simple as turning on the device. It will keep recording until you turn it off again. One thing to note is it takes approximately 5-10 seconds after turning it on before the recording begins.It picks up voices very well and is quite sensitive, but that sensitivity comes at a cost of background noise. The recordings are very noisy but the voices are still clear. Reviewing the recordings with the included headphones and adapter are easy. You can play/pause, skip between recordings, as well as fast forward and rewind them.If you plug this into a PC you will get direct access to the audio files (stored in .WAV format). The filename of each recording has the date and time of when the recording took place, however in order for this date to be accurate you must run a small utility on a Windows PC that is on the device itself. Once you run this "Set time" utility your future recordings will have accurate date/time stamps. There is also a text file on the device which is where you change the settings (see picture) -- simply edit this file per instructions and save it. You could for example lower the audio quality bitrate to get more space on the device. Note that the only way to actually delete recordings (seemingly) is to plug it into a computer and manually delete the files. There is also a PDF manual in multiple languages on the device itself.Another thing to be aware of is it will pick up any sounds from it being touched, so if you were to keep it in your pocket while recording you would get a lot of noise from it rubbing against the inside of your pocket. It's best to place it somewhere and not hold it while recording is happening. You can also try the voice activated recording by adjusting the settings file I mentioned earlier.I would highly recommend this if you need an ultra small voice recorder with decent recording quality, lots of storage, and exceptional battery life.

Although I was initially excited to use this product, it quickly became clear that the compact size had a trade-off in terms of sound quality.

This is a handy little voice recorder.It is very small. The shape and size of it remind me of a memory card for a camera, but this is thicker. I’m glad it came with a wrist strap, otherwise it would be easy to drop and lose it.As far as being user-friendly, it’s pretty good. Once it is plugged into the computer, it functions much like a memory stick, which is easy enough. It took a bit of time to figure out how to change the recording sensitivity and quality, but I got there. The instructions are very helpful, and there are also alternative sections for Mac as opposed to Windows. All in all, it took some reading, and a bit of trial and error, but now that I’ve figured it out, it’s very simple to use.As far as quality, it’s not bad. You can adjust the quality of the recording, and I definitely prefer it on the highest quality setting. This will be great for recording interviews, lectures, etc. But I would probably not recommend it if you are looking for HD recordings with none of that background “white noise”. But, like I said, it will be excellent for personal, and some business use.One strange thing I noticed was that on one recording it sounded like it was skipping a bit. It was only a tiny fraction of a second each time, but you could still hear a bit of a “clipped” sound to some of the words. I only noticed it on one recording, and then it didn’t seem to do it again after that. Hopefully it was just a one-time glitch.
