I have been looking for a foot soak of this combinations,the smell of mugworth feels already relaxing.will give an update after a month if there will be any change in my weight,of course with proper diet and exercise.

I purchased this item to activate a healthy release method from my lymphatic system. This is the first time I am doing this. I am in the process of researching results once the lymphatic system begins cleansing so I'm not sure what to expect. Not sure if this is supposed to happen but the first night I used this product my feet and legs were swollen up to the top of my calf. I soaked my feet for 20 minutes. Massaged from the feet going up and slept on my left side. In the morning th swelling was down and my bladder released a lot of water. I will post another review if possible after I have completed my research and used this product for 30 days.

I would not know if it worked ! The water was brown from the packet not from what was pulled out of my system. The brown water was a major turn off for me. It’s like a tea bag for your feet. Smell is not that bad, smells like herbal tea…. I would not repurchase

Didn't like the fact instruction is not added with package. Remind me 30 days from now. I will give an honest response, it's too soon. Received package today.

Wrapper too thick, contents must be forced out, does not freely dissolve in hot water

I placed 3 bags in my foot bath. There were no directions. The house smelled earthy. I gave myself a pedicure too. I used Tree Hut Sugar scrub. The next day my feet were acing because the swelling did go down. I work sitting down and my feet swell. I think they did a swell job.
