So this is easy to use works really well I use it for my goats my pigs my dogs and anything else that I may need to see if there's anything wrong with them on the inside it's perfect I love it and use it every chance I get I definitely use it in my dog kennel saves money and time

I bought this but didn’t use it because I didn’t have anything bred, unfortunately I’m way past my return time and this thing doesn’t work at all. I’ve used other scanners and can always at least find the bladder ! But on this one nothing but fuzzy screen

While our goats are still not pregnant, we have done multiple scans with the unit and it has performed really well. There are many pre-set settings to be able to scan for a variety of animal types with this unit and it provides both USB and Micro SD card ports for recording and computer connection. The unit allows for you to zoom into the scan a good amount which is helpful for doing your ultrasounds but I do wish the screen got a little brighter than the max setting as the glossy screen does make it a little hard to see live scans when in bright/sunny areas.The custom case, unit neck straps and battery-powered option is a really great feature to have but I think the battery could be a little stronger (but still works fine).In addition to the features above - be sure to do some research on the type of wand/probe that will work best for your animals as we just have this unit with the wand and while it works good on our goats (looking for babies) some have mentioned that the convex handscanner may work a bit better and the probe is best for large animals like horse/donkeys/etc. I also recommend watching some videos online about how to read ultrasound -- it's not super easy and you want to know what to look for when scanning. I would also recommend thinking about an extended warranty with the unit since it will be used in the field and around animals and you never know what could happen, even though the unit feels pretty rugged and well-built -- I would feel better to have that then not -- especially if you plan on using it a lot.Overall, I am really happy with this unit and purchase and at some point when we get a positive pregnancy result I will update and add that image too. For now, I am going to speak with our bucks and then we wait.

I have only used this product a handful of times. The learning curve is steep as the included product guide is not very in-depth. Initially I was able to confirm pregnancy in my dog and was happy with the product. Now the screen turns on and words are displayed but the actual image is blank. Probe turns on when plugged in but does not show anything on the screen. I can change all the settings but it is useless without displaying the ultrasound image. There is NO contact information for Goyojo and Amazon is no help. Very frustrating! Troubleshooting guide is not helpful and there are almost no videos available for this product.

Unit looks like it’s do a good job. I just did not know how to work it and thus did not feel a need to keep it. The instruction manual could be better - it doesn’t really tell you what to look for and if it has pictures of before and during a pregnancy on what to look for would be very useful to read/see.Service was great. Refund was easy process.I took out a star since I did not use the unit, but the service was 5 star!

I bought this to use on my dogs about 6 months ago- I have been able to success confirm multiple pregnancies at 28 days post breeding as well as verify one girl was not pregnant… so it works great even if you are a novice.Unfortunately I left it out one day and a dog chewed the cord on the probe- the company emailed me back the same day and are mailing me a replacement probe! Highly recommend!

**Disclaimer: Im new to ultrasound machines-Im not a professional.Make sure you do your research, thoroughly. The manual isn't much help. Can't find any videos of this particular unit being used, or how to work the settings to get better images. Im a small time homesteader, and new to use of such devices. There's very few, if any, vets in the area that do any kind of home visits, much less any that do ultrasounds and can show me how to use this. So, Im stuck.Description states that this is a "Convex wand", it is not.You have Convex, Micro Convex, Linear, and a few others. But these will be the main ones you'll see with these types of machines. Having said that, KNOW YOUR WAND. This was purchased for checking pregnancy in goats. I needed a convex wand, and this is not one of those. The description states its a rectal wand, headline/title states convex, and neither are accurate. In order to get the wand I need, that's another $400. At that point, I might as well opt for the more expensive alternatives. Having said that, we WERE able to confirm pregnancy on one of the 4 goats. Though, she was nearly due and knew for certain she was pregnant-and heart was beating largely on screen. Unable to test on a goat that was closer to conception though, so uncertain how well it works outside of that.Buttons on the machine are hard to press. Especially if you have ANY nails. They are flat with the surface, not raised/soft. This is supposed to be an easy to use, one handed operation type thing. It's not. I have to set it on a surface, and press hard to get them to react. Seems to be a lag as well, when pressing buttons. Which isn't any good when trying to freeze frame for still images to be saved.Shipping-This was irritating. Listed as "Prime 2 day shipping". Was literally sitting at the warehouse 30 minutes from me. Sat for a WEEK. Was shipped/delivered SAME DAY. no excuse to have to wait a week. I literally would've been capable and willing to drive TO the warehouse to pick up. We needed confirmation on these does ASAP. Blood work came back faster than getting this thing shipped out.Bloodwork: $7 and 24hrs for results we could know for certain were accurate.This machine: Arrived after a week, and $700 and still weren't sure what we were seeing because the manual wasn't very helpful in how to work functions/features, settings, etc.In any event, returning, and spending a few hundred more for a more "user friendly" set up, with the proper wand.
