This is a very good pan. 14 inches is large by any standards, but that's what I wanted. Good solid, quality product. Heats evenly, strong handle. Looks like it will last a good while, unlike other non-stick pans!

love this wok, it work great with almost everything i cook except my fried rice. it's my rice to mushy even though my rice dry and hard, sitting fridge for two days. Besides that, everything else is great. The qualify is very sturdy and well made. The lid handle to be lower and smaller in my opinion and i notices that is kind hard wash in way. The grids on the wok makes hard get it really clean.

I've used this pan about 20 times now. It has been very good so far. You absolutely need to season the pan! If you don't season the pan you will regret it. Also it's best to clean the pan while still warm, this makes it a lot easier to maintain. Just a quick wipe with a dry paper towel when the pan is warm. Then after you eat you can wipe down again with a damp towel. Stir Fry dishes are great out of this pan.

Wok is sufficiently non-stick. Had some difficulty getting the handles on as it came fully disassembled. All the parts were there. I would normally give it more stars, but while cooking with the lid standing up on its handle, one day it just snapped and fell over. No outside force, just snapped. I blame flimsy design and poor material as it's just two narrow strips of plastic. If it were solid that may not have occurred. I see the handle design has been changed since I bought mine, so maybe it's a known issue?I wish there was a way to reach out to the seller to see about a replacement handle, but I can't seem to find a way to contact them.
