Nice and slow with a drill press and cutting fluid ...
I used the 16 mm bit for the first time and sheared off 3 of the carbide tips going through a 3/16" piece of mild steel. Nice and slow with a drill press and cutting fluid as to not jam the bit into a bad angle. Contacted the seller (Home Lover) for a new bit a week ago and haven't gotten a response back yet. Can't wait to experiment with the larger bits! Not impressed.

I'd rather chew through steel than use these hole saws...
These are absolute garbage. The teeth break off almost immediately, or the center (the pilot bit) breaks, causing the entire bit housing to torque itself into a mess. Anything thicker than 1/4 steel and you're outta luck with these. If you're determined to buy them, please use safety glasses, because these will fling teeth and broken pieces of bit at your face/eyes etc.

Eh
Good to have in a pinch but not the greatest

Get what you pay for
Had to drill 4 holes in a 3/8" plate, bits broke after 2, had to finish them with a twist bit, won't ever buy that brand again!

Spend the extra money for quality
Poor quality. Lost most of the carbide before the job was done.
