Awesome laptop
Awesome laptop.Arrived in brand new condition.Browsing the web is almost as fast as my gaming PC.Mine came with Windows 10 S. I just had to visit the Microsoft store to remove S Mode.I think Windows 10 is better since it only uses 1GB of RAM, compared to Windows 11 which uses 4GBs of RAM.If you upgrade the RAM to like 16GBs, it could run almost every game on medium or low specs with the Intel UHD 605 Graphics, like League of Legends, Cyberpunk 2077, GTA V, Valorant, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Genshin Impact, Minecraft, Roblox, etc, etc.There is a YouTube demo video of the kind of games it could run: "Intel UHD 605 in 30 GAMES (Pentium J5040, N5030, N5000 IGPU TEST)"I am really happy with my purchase.10 out of 10Cons:I tried to upgrade the RAM, and there was only 1 RAM slot with a 4GB 3200Mhz Samsung card in it.The 2nd RAM slot is not even soldered onto the board.And there is only 1 slot for the NVMe SSD.

NOT WINDOWS 10
The description and all information on this laptop state it comes with Windows 10 Home in S Mode. If you intend to purchase this specifically for Windows 10, this is not the product for you. The laptop I received has the same model number and other specs except it has Windows 11 in S Mode. I made my purchase for my elderly father who is used to Windows 10. It's a shame that he now has to fight with the unintuitive interface on 11.

This item listing, as advertised, says it is a laptop with "windows 10, home" and that is what I wanted....what I recieved was a laptop with "windows 11 in S mode"....... not the same thing at all...nothing wrong with the product...just not what I ordered.....actually would like to have the windows 10 that is in the description
