Solid case for rear differential and provides solid mounting points for bulkhead, bumper, center chassis, and shock tower. The stock plastic case screw holes were beginning to strip out after maintenance tear downs. No problems with this one. Still holding up strong after many full throttle bash sessions. Use Locktite.

I purshased thes for my Slash 4x4 differential rebuild.Fits well, bearings and screw holes lined up just fine. A tad pricey, but shiny aluminum RC car parts tend to be more expensive than stock plastic parts. As long as it holds up, the price is worth it for the added bling.Adds no performance to your vehicle, only aesthetic value. Might keep your diffs cooler since it's aluminum, but I haven't verified that. I'm not sure what the low ratings are for regarding this product. Maybe people were trying to put it in a different car, or just didn't install it correctly. I'm fairly new to the hobby and it can be confusing at times. That's not a reflection of the product, though.I was a little skeptical with this brand since I haven't seen RC car products from there until recently (consciously noticed, at least). But I have bought 4-5 different aluminum casings/housings from this vendor for different vehicles and havent had any issues.Would reccommend
