the device only work over a year and the quality of the files are really bad. not sharp low quality

I really wish I could give this camera more than 5 stars, as I think it WELL deserves it! This camera quite literally takes a picture of what you can see, as well as what you can't (behind you) About the only thing it doesn't take a picture of, is itself (unless you're holding it up to a mirror, of course!) otherwise, it will just show a blank space where the camera is.It has no 'zoom' ability (optical or digital) that I'm aware of, (yet) and though I plan to mount it to my bicycle helmet (which will give me an "Alfalfa" look-if you ever watched the "Little Rascals" you'll understand the reference) I can say that it gives you plenty of options while you're looking at the picture/video you just took through the WiFi it has, including 1) 'planet view' (the icon that looks like the planet 'Saturn') which I don't use very often, and can't describe well; sorry. 2)The one I use nearly exclusively, (but shamefully, don't know the name of) is the second icon that looks like a blob of pudding on the ground, with 2 arrows pointing right and left. That one gives you a full screen display of your picture or video, and you can rotate the image/video 360 degrees to see ALMOST everything, except (as earlier mentioned) the camera itself, unless (also earlier mentioned) you have it up to a mirror. 3) The 3rd one looks like a planet with a grid pattern through it, and seems to be the default setting. I don't really use this either, so can't describe it. Sorry again. 4) this icon is the one made for VR goggles, that you place your phone into, and since I have none, I don't use this one, but if I ever do get some, or my friends want to see a VR view of a video they just shotwith this camera, it's nice to have it there. 5) This icon switches between the 2 lenses, but will still display all 360 degrees, it just chooses which is the dominant lens. 6) I'm not precisely certain what this icon does, (the one that looks like the 'refresh' icon on your computer screen, only going the opposite direction. (the 'refresh' icon goes to the right, this one goes to the left) 7) This last one looks like a little flying saucer (that how I always think of it, anyway) and simply turns the image upside-down, which would be useful if you needed to mount the camerafrom the ceiling or roof, and since this camera doesn't have a G-sensor, the video would be upside-down otherwise. The 2 icons at the bottom are as follows: 1) Trash bin - If you select this one, it will ask you (Are you sure you wish to delete this file? and you can select 'ok' or 'cancel' (yes or no, respectively) 2) Download - it will ask if you wish to download the present picture/video to your phone by saying "Are you sure you wish to download this file?" Again, you can select 'ok', or 'cancel' (yes or no. respectively) One other thing, if you look in the upper left, you will see a square with 4 smaller squares in it. That is the 'back button' to return to the screen with all the videos/pictures. On this page, you can either keep it there, or at the top, there are 3 icons. The one it's on now, is showing you the present list of the pictures on the camera itself.The next button (the one that looks like a folder) shows the videos/pictures you have downloaded to your phone The 3rd icon (that looks like an outline of a picture with mountains on it) will take you to whatever folder you have setup as your default folder for displaying pictures from this camera. The final icon (the one that looks like a camera) will take you back to the screen you started at. On this screen at the top left, it shows that your WiFi is on, right under the WiFi icon, is the 'UFO' button, that (as mentioned earlier) will turn your display upside-down.On the lower left is the 'grid planet' which will open up to your choice of displays (as mentioned earlier) On the upper right you will see the status ofthe battery in the camera and on the bottom, you will see 3 icons. On the far left, the one to get you into the screen where it shows all the videos/pictures on your camera, the one in the middle will take a picture/video, depending on what the camera is set on, and on the far right, you can change the camera from taking pictures, to taking video.Overall, I think this is a great camera, and what makes the BIGGEST difference, is the quality of customer service! It's the best I've yet encountered, and as for my questions, they never skipped a beat in answering each of them! If you're looking for a 360 degree camera, this is the one to get! Great product and great customer service all rolled into one! I don't gush often, but when something is THIS good, and I'm treated THIS well by a company, I think everyone should know!

I recently bought this camera from USA and using it from INDIA. Looks good, Few disadvantages,1. I couldn't upload the photos taken using this camera to Google Streetview or Google Maps with panoramic view.2. A solid case can be given to cover the Lens part, so that the same can be put it in Pant pockets. As lens part is not covered, we need to be bit more careful, in handling the device.,

Don't buy this piece of crap.

Its a great camera. I bought it here and I'm using the camera in Lima, Perú. Works so good with pictures and videos. I only have one observation with the software. We can`t use Facebook Live or Periscope using this camera. Any plans to upgrade de software to establish this kind of connection?

The camera itself is a lot of fun. Photo quality is great, and you can create some really fun shots even from a quick set-up. I appreciate the ease of use. This 360 degree camera has dual 210° fish-eye lenses,which is darn cool!!!!!!The battery life is amazing

The camera is small and light. You can carry it in your hand or set it on a tripod. Excellent value for the money! Easy to operate, and the protective case it comes with and small form factor makes it extremely portable!
