Very Impressed!
I really was not expecting much but I was blown away at how many seeds actually germinated and sprouted! These made some beautiful and varied sunflowers

Great value..
I planted probably 25-30 and looks like all or almost all came up - great value โ- but now itโs mid July .. theyโre HUGE.. all have bloomed or are about to bloom. But I only see yellow blooms .. they are different. Some have yellow centers.. some dark brown. But so far all are yellow. I only have 2 I canโt see the color yet. But no purple or red or pink .

I'm sorry I bought these seeds. Buyer beware.
This grab bag of sunflower seeds was a waste of my money. I have not tried to germinate them. I'm complaining about what I received. I'm not bothering to return these - I'm going to feed these seeds to my local fauna. 1. Ten of the seed packets are given names that aren't known species of sunflower, at least as far as I can tell; they are Tall, Falling Red, Long, Cut Flowers, Plush, Ornamental, Warm Yellow, Prosperous Wealth (really?), Lucky, and Colourful. It strikes me as if someone went to Google and typed in 'Sunflowers' and named these seeds whatever first popped up. Sloppy. 2. Four of the seed packets are - sort of - named for actual sunflower varieties; Teddy Bear, Dwarf, Red, and Purple. Not Chianti or Claret or SunFill or anything, just...Red and Purple. Honestly, though, I didn't know what I was expecting, as the picture showing what sunflower species come in the bag had a bright purple sunflower that is basically a Photoshopped picture of a plain ol' yellow sunflower. Lower right corner flower in the picture! This was my bad, as I should have looked harder at the cover picture for this listing. If I saw what they were offering, I probably wouldn't have bought this in the first place. 3. Half of the seed packets I got had a mishmash of many different kinds of seeds. I don't even know what each species is by name because the vast majority of these names are made up, and none of the seed packets were labeled as a specific mix of sunflowers. 4. One of the bags of seeds was labeled Rudbeckia. That's a coneflower. I don't want to split hairs here (yeah, I do), but despite echinacea being a very small genus of the sunflower family, I don't think the Rudbeckia seeds belong in a sunflower grab bag. This is just my opinion, be it ever so humble...and for the record, I know what Rudbeckia seeds look like, and these don't even look like them. 5. I was going to give these seeds as gifts in my friends' baskets this Xmas, as we all have greenish thumbs. Can you imagine giving these seeds to anyone you consider a loved one? The names given to these seeds alone are embarrassing...but my friends have a terrific sense of humor, and we would probably have had a laugh at these. I really don't like being taken for a ride. I also don't like it when others are duped into the same thing I was. I basically cheaped out when buying seeds for my friends, and this is what I got for my troubles. Do yourself a favor. Don't do what I did. Don't waste your money on these seeds. Go to Burpee or Gurney's or Park Seed or something for your sunflower seeds (or any seeds). You'll be guaranteed to get what's on the packet.

Sunflower seeds
Several sunflower options, easy to plant, but not all germinated. The value for the quantity I received was reasonable.

No alternate colors bloomed
Germination time was longer than stated. Only received yellow varietied and 3 orange colored ones. No white, pink, purple, chocolate, chocolate cherry, or the yellow tipped with orange center. Agree with another review, deer loved them! Lol, I would frequently come out to the heads bitten off a day or 2 after blooming. I am happy with the flowers I did get though, just mislead by the variety of colors that never came. I bought 3 packs and planted all of them 4-6 seeds together.

Mimosa Farm Sunflower fort 2025
My husband and I had planned on using these sunflower seeds to build a Sunflower fort for our grandkids. I also bought 5 lb of black oil sunflowers seed at the rrl King in the bird seed tubs you scoop yourself. $5.00 We planted the black oil seeds first.in fresh potting soil that has plant food included.2- 40lb bags we spread on top the freshly tilld ground Then opened all the seeds in this package.and mixed them all together to put along the top of the black oil seeds. Thinking .we would get a beautiful mix of colors along with beautiful yellow. The sunflowers grew amazingly!. But!. We have only a handful of colored ones. A couple chocolate a couple other colors . Mind you they all just started blooming last week so we could still see colors yet.but nothing like I'd hoped for.. The sunflowers fort is beyond beautiful tho.so I'm not totally disappointed. But I really wanted some of the colors shown to bloom. I will do a lot more research before buying these seeds again. You can also see in the photo I shared all the different kinds blooming. The fort is roughly half bloomed right now Aug 1st.2025 It was a really enjoyable project that cost maybe $50. We had the fence posts and baling twine as we have a lot of wind here so we strung twine around the sunflowers to hopefully protect them from breaking.as bad.some plants are at least 10 ft tall. We did this last year and birds ate most all the seeds and groundhogs ate what seedlings that did grow. So this year after planting.we put hoops and bird net over the seeds and strung an electric fence very close to the ground to keep animals out. It worked great!. My electric fence charger is solar. I wished everyone could do this project with their kids.. It was really great and enjoyable .

Buy w confidence.
Fabulous assortment. Excellent germination rate. Tons of seeds. Only gripe is not sure which was which, tried my best. They came in clear packages w no images. Some were easy to figure out, some more challenging. But fabulous value. What a deal!
