Compact unit with pleasant appearance, works well. I was tired of the manual kitchen opener.I wish these new openers had a powered abrasive wheel knife sharpener like the old units I grew up with.All these new can openers with an advertised knife sharpener only have a ceramic rod manual vee opening to touch up the blades.

The piece that has the blade and magnet (to cut and secure the can lid) is super easy to pop in and remove for cleaning. That's it. Not difficult at all. This is the best designed electric can opener I have ever had. When compared with others, this one is tall and slender, weighted on the bottom (no wobbling, tilting), quick steady action, and has a pleasant sound when in use (not an annoying, loud grinding noise).

Quick and easy assembly, can remove piece to wash. Small and does not take large amount of counter space. Knife sharpener and bottle opener on back of unit.

Works great. Like has multi use. Much quieter than my last can opener (different model) Quality is good, had a nice cut to lid. Price is worth it for the value. Like saving on my hands when I can.

Nice can opener with knife sharpener. Sleek look and takes little space on the counter. Tall enough to.kpen large cans easily. Four stars because it took so long to get here!

Works ok - I bought it to replace a hamilton beach that just up and dies an average of 1-1.5 years. It’s not as nice as that one was but the blade is good and it cuts well the magnet that these lid off is good too- the edges of the lid are razor sharp. My issue is with the way it takes the labels off the cans! The labels get caught in the turning mechanism and in more than one occasion the can labels have round so much around the turning gear that it stoped and the cans start to fall off! It probably has sine instruction that says remove the can labels first but eh… otherwise it’s a nice machine looks good blade seems sharp… I’m not returning it, I will just remove labels first and be very careful with the lids after it cuts open. We’ll see how long this one lasts!

I finally broke down and bought an electric can opener. I was so tired of the manual openers leaving part of the can uncut. WOW, what a great buy. It is quiet, easy to use, has a cord housing and the blade (which is the only part that could come in contact with food) can be removed for washing. Great height, one touch, and holds the can after opening.
