Great Product and Amazing customer service
I ordered this on March 12 but didn’t get time to check it. When I did yesterday, it wasn’t producing steam, so I returned it via Asda. I received a replacement today, and it’s working perfectly. Great product!

Good value steamer that is quick and easy to use.
Good product for the price. It’s ready to use within seconds and is easy to handle, with accessible buttons and a long cord. One full tank of water lets me steam around four items. It works well on lightweight fabrics and does remove some wrinkles from heavier clothing like jeans, though it’s not perfect in that regard - similar to other models at this price point. Overall: a good product at a good price. I would choose steaming over ironing every time, except for heavier fabrics.

Not the best
It's ok but I've used far better. The one I received was clearly someone else's return as the packaging had been previously opened, the steamer wasn't packaged properly and there were watermarks inside the tank. It'll be ok for travel but not ideal for regular home use. When held in the most comfortable position, your hand is too close to the steam. The steam is intermittent and it spits quite a bit. There are no temperature setting options and the tank is small - both of which I knew when I ordered, but didn't anticipate how much of a pain it would be. I'm a fan of a handheld steamer. They're fast and convenient and I far prefer them to ironing. This one just doesn't cut it. Spend another £20-£30 and get something better if you can afford to.

very effective as it steam cleans clothes and also kill bacteria, so good my friend with arthritic hands found it so easy to turn on that I gave mine to her and will re-order

Great, overall
Pros: - Very quick to heat up - Doesn't feel overly heavy or unwieldy - Does an excellent job of removing creases Cons: - The water tank almost empties after one garment, but that could be that either my clothes are very creased and I should be ironing instead of lazily steaming, or I'm just overly-fussy - If you're steaming a lot of clothes at once, then make sure you open windows, or have a good dehumidifier on the go - Can leave a lot of wet marks on clothes All in all, I love it and would heartily recommend. 4 stars because I'm being picky, but it's actually great, and I'm pretty sure people won't be disappointed with it.

It’s been described as for travel. But it’s too heavy. Please don’t buy it. And amazon initiated return but no one turned up for return

It doesn't do it's job at all. It's just a low steam volume steamer not a garments steam iron, or alternative for traditional iron. Treditional iron is 5 times better than this. And there is no return option so I have to keep it.
