Not exactly as advertised
So for a while now I have been looking at various "putter pong" games but didn't pull the trigger on any of them because many reviewers claimed that the surface would not go completely flat and the turf would start to peel. But when I saw a PGA golfer selling his own version of the product claiming it would be flat and not fall apart (plus it had the additional "hard" mode) AND it was on sale for Prime Day, I figured ok let me give it a shot. When I purchased this there were only 5 reviews, all 5-star, and all by people who were given the product for free. So I knew that I couldn't trust that. I just had to trust the description + the fact that it's a pro golfer selling it who claimed to be frustrated with the flaws of competitor products.I'll admit that this review is coming about 30 minutes after opening it up. And I'm willing to update it if warranted. But I have to say so far, this is NOT as advertised.A piece of the turf fell off within moments of me opening the box. In addition, as the thing has been sitting on my completely flat living room floor now for about 30+ mins I can say that the surface is not flat. In their description it says to leave it out for 15 minutes to flatten the surface. But now more than double the time has passed and it still isn't flat.In addition the two putters are not the same size. One of the putters is about 4-5 inches shorter than the other one.I was debating whether or not to give it 2 or 3 stars. I'm not giving it 1 star because it's more of a fun living room / backyard game and not necessarily meant to be something for avid golfers trying to improve their game. Obviously if it was for avid golfers, it would get 1 star. But despite the bumps, it still is fun to play and the bumps aren't SO OUTRAGEOUS where it becomes frustrating. It's just a matter of false advertising. So I'm giving it 3 stars, but I can understand someone else thinking it is 2-star worthy.I will continue to leave it out and see what happens but even if after an hour or more it flattens out, I'd still say that's pretty bad. This is the kind of product that you'd want to take to a party and begin playing immediately. You can live with having it sit for 15 mins before you play. But needing to leave it for an hour or 2 or 3 or whatever just makes no sense. One of the paid 5-star reviews mentioned that it wasn't flat also and said they wished the foam underneath the holes would extend to the entire mat. If that's possible while keeping the ability to fold it and take it with you wherever you go, I agree with that.

Fun for friends over
I really like this game. I wish it was longer, but once you start playing, it is not as easy as it looks. You need to place on flat surface.

It’s cheaply made, the putters were two different heights, returning immediately!

Lightweight Put-Put Golf Anywhere for Kids & Adults
Nice size putting game with hole options at either end that you can plug or unplug depending on how you want to play. Two metal putters (like the kind you'd use at mini-golf - one size for kids and one size for adults) the mat, and several balls fit into a nice flat carrying case. Deceptively lightweight for how big it is, it's mostly foam, but that makes everything much easier to tote around. The folding option does mean that it is sort of wonky when it's first set up, but if you set it up outside in the sun for 20 minutes and lay the foam out so it pulls everything taut, the heat sort of irons it out and it works great. I know this is described as an "indoor" set, but I think it would be too warped to use indoors unless you set it out several days before you want to play and give it enough time to flatten out. We use this in the back yard with my kids and pack it up when we're done, but we also took it with us to set up at a park during a birthday party so kids could play with it as one of the outside games. Turf is a bright green and the foam holes just pop in and out as needed for whatever game style you want to play.

Fun!
I do wish that this had foam beneath the whole thing because the green does have bends in it from folding but they may come out over time. It also isn't quite as steep of a grade as the pictures make it look. It's fun but it's harder than it looks!Everything folds up or unscrews and fits in the bag but if your putters aren't in the right spot, you won't be able to zip the bag so I wish that they would make it a half an inch wider and taller so that everything doesn't have to be exactly perfect.Honestly, though, my kids love it and had a really good time with it.
