I use this to tie my mouth shut to train my nose breathing. I just cut these into perfect strips to use every night. Such good value for money and is super stretchy and breathable.

I ordered this, being advertised as hypo allergenic and gentle adhesion. This has caused significant damage to mine and my partners skin and we are in a lot of discomfort, with it being worse that the usual tape. A complete was of money and very misleading..... we would absolutely not be recommending this, due to this significant level of skin irritation caused. I can understand that some people may still react, however, for 2 people to have such a significant issue tells us the issue is with the product and not just our skin!

I can have this on for even a week no problem, and I have allergies to pretty much everything.

I use them for taking my forehead while I sleep and help prevent wrinkling/train the forehead muscles to relax. I used a few brands which all left me with indentation and red marks when removed in the AM. This brand has been the most gentle with nothing left behind and no irritation
