Love it. Not too spicy

Great product. Perfect for someone who wants to eat healthy with no time for cooking.

Soooo good -- and quick. I was skeptical about packaged pre-cooked potatoes. They usually have poor taste and poor texture. These are surprisingly good, close enough to what you'd get cooking your own potatoes and then adding them to a sauce. Beyond that, the flavor and overall texture of this dish is great. I'm usually fussy and add extra seasonings, but this is tasty and decently spicy as is. Add to that, it heats right in the package in one minute. You can eat it out of the bag if you want so no dirty dishes at all. They also make an Eggplant pouch, which is also excellent, and sometimes I mix the two together. Often put that combo over rice for great, fast meal. The best is these are MREs, meals ready to eat, that you keep in the pantry for whenever you need them. Great to take along for travel.

Over 10 years ago I was able to do allot of travelling. I was first introduced to Bombay potatoes in England. In the U.K. take away food isn't taco bell or fast food chains if your'e getting take away its Indian or the Chipy fresh cut fries with curry sauce and fried fish. In India and Scotland they are made different. I saw it was a medium heat however the sauce was very much on the bland side. And with age I can't handle hot but it was far from even medium and needed salt to bring out the flavor. I was impressed with how the sealing and process works I was sold on that. Served over some rice it tasted great. I don't each much but to say 2 servings per pouch it's more like one serving. I miss the great flavors of Indian cooks in England and India. I would prefer to take the time and grind my own spices and make it homemade. My adult children loved it and my youngest who I was pregnant with when I craved Indian take away and British Branston pickle so far Loves everything I have ordered including Tikki Marsala. Just not the Pickle which isnt Indian food. We no longer have any Indian dining where I live the closest is 2 plus hours into downtown Louisville KY. So this item is now on my monthly orders. Everyone just loved it and I have a household of 6. I would have given 5 stars if it actually contained 2 servings and had more flavor especially with all the ingredients shown on the package. I also suggest the microwave instructions so you can stir it while inside and heat throughout. Also great for camping and cross country trips. If you try it you will LOVE it.

This stuff is straight up incredible! If you live in an area like I do that doesn't have a lot of options, Amazon is definitely the best place to purchase from. It's incredibly awesome to come home from work, throw it in the microwave for a very minimal cook time, and then have a meal for the next two days. I cook a little bit of rice and pour it on top. The texture is wonderful. The chickpeas remain slightly firm but not so hard that it is giving the feeling of being undercooked. The ingredients are vegetarian which is incredibly important to me. And most of all, they taste amazing!
