I find the Andrew Lessman products to be excellent. Have (for years) IBS with chronic diarrhea and severe intestinal cramping. Spoke with the folks at ProCaps and Tumeric with Ginger Root was suggested. I doubled the dosage for 2 weeks then went to regular daily dose. IT IS WORKING!!!!! No cramping and less uncontrollable diarrhea. YAY!

Did not agree with my stomach
This item gave me a VERY upset stomach, and the reason I'm posting this is that I had not seen any type of warning that this could happen. Let this be a warning to all with more sensitive stomachs, NOT good.
