Excellent quality, wonderful for injuries. I covered it with a quilted pillow cover to prevent cold burns and it was perfect. Good size for men.

The most comfortable ice pack
This is the best ice pack I’ve tried. It’s soft and malleable to wrap around your body. It stays cold for a long time, doesn’t sweat, not messy and it Is covered in a very nice fabric.

Perfect size
We don't have a huge freezer but wanted a bigger ice pad. This one is perfect. It works great for the back, neck, etc. and is not too stiff. Definitely recommend

Same one my PT uses
Decent weight, molds easily to shoulder and back(maybe extended leg?) Stays cold for about an hour give or take. I've had it for about two months using it daily without a problem.

Best one on the market
Unlike the leading cold pack flexi cold (I have 2 of those) this cold pack will not leak after 6 months where as the flexi cold ones edges tear and leak within a month of owning it.
