Good results
To be honest, I wasn't expecting results when I tried it, but to my surprise, it made a noticeable difference! I’ve tried other probiotic supplements before, but this one really stood out for its effectiveness. It did work but I didn’t see health benefits
I’ve been taking the prebiotic kiwi fiber to fix my gut dysbiosis. I bought 7 bottles of this stuff and took it for months. Recently I gained a bunch of weight like 20 pounds in 3 months due to unknown causes and ballooned up like a pregnant woman. I suspect I have SIBO.I don’t think this pill did anything to help so I’m going to stop buying it and just eat more fruit. It’s very expensive. Taking probiotics gave me more noticeable results.I do want to mention I did a gut stool test and my Faecalibacterium prausnitzii count did double and increase after taking this for over half a year. I’m not sure if it achieved anything however. I did not feel healthier or lose any weight from taking this. No difference.

Effective and good price, works best when used alongside Bifido bacteria
This product was the missing link in my gut health protocol. When I started using this, the bifido bacteria became much more effective, bloating finally stopped for good. I feel better after taking the first month but I bought a second bottle whcih I'm taking for another month as maintenance.If you take digestive enzymes make sure this is kept far away from enzymes - it's a protein, so it can be digested. I found it to be most effective when taken right before bed or immediately upon waking (alongside a morning dose of bifido bacteria)
