Love the variety of subjects. Good for 5 year old and also for 10 year old. Enjoying searching for information that is in a book, not on the internet. Beautiful artwork.

We had a Very Hungry Caterpillar birthday party when our son turned two. I bought this book and some others so that there would be fun books to use as decor and also be available for some of the older kids that were coming to the party.It is a beautiful book and has a lot of interesting information. I assumed it would go on the shelf untilOur two year old got a little older, but he really enjoys the colorful pages and for us to read to him. It is already one of his favorite books! We enjoy it because there is a lot of interesting information, some of which I am learning about for the first time!

The media could not be loaded. My 4 years old son loves it!!! He reads every day before bed. There is a lot to learn from this book. Highly recommend!!

I bought after reading a stellar review of this book. There’s so much great info in this book for pre-schoolers and early primary grade children. It’s fun to read from an adult perspective too!

My kid is 3. Some of the artwork here is too complex for him to understand.

This is an absolutely fantastic encyclopedia! I bought it for my 2-year old son, and we both love it! I love the number of topics it covers, it provides me with a lot of subjects to discuss. We start we what the books offers and then can even search for more info if my son gets really interested in a topic.

I bought this book and gave it to our grand-niece who is 19 months old. She loves the Very Hungry Caterpillar and was fascinated with this book. What I like about it is that there are some items with just one word so that very young children can start to learn those and then they can progress to the more difficult subjects. Obviously, as the little girl is at the tearing stage, the book was taken away from her for now but it will be returned when she can be more careful with paper. I think the book was a wonderful idea and the girl will love it when she is old enough to appreciate it.
