Very easy to use
We own another set by a different manufacturer and love this set by far. It's very easy to apply the cups and they have super suction. They are just as easy to remove.

Seems to be good qualityComes with a nice caseThe little pressure point balls it comes with are pretty Al hard to use, I got one of them stuck in a cup, I’d suggest using one of the manny small bumps it comes with if you plan on trying to use them.Great suction.

generally, a good cupping set
instructions too scant and had problem getting suction. Trick is to make sure yellow pins are free moving and wobbly before attaching gun.Also, there are white interface connectors that remain in cup after suction...unfortunately far fewer of these than available cups limiting the number you can use in one1 session.
