~I KNOW THIS IS LONG BUT ITS WORTH THE READ~The locket was beautiful. I loved the glossy photo. The inside was a little tarnished looking near the hinge. I wish it was shiney all over but it was only one little tiny spot on the inside corner and the rest was amazing! It was so strong I had a hard time opening it. They send a little guitar pick type thing that you can use to pop it open at first until it loosens up. I would rather it be a little tough to open then not staying closed, for sure.I bought it for my daughter in-law and she loved it. It's the perfect size too. I can't stand big clunky gaudy jewelry. It is close in size to a nickel. I definitely recommend getting the picture put in it with the coating from the company instead of putting a picture in it yourself. I know it's more money but the picture won't come out and it looks amazing.Aside from the necklace and guitar pick thing It also came with a cleaning cloth and a really nice white gift box with gold lettering of the brand and a wispy gold feather printed on it. I loved the gift box! I bought the heart shaped sunflower locket with the glossy coating over the two pictures and the engraving on the back. If you are thinking about buying it do it. Like I said before you should definitely have them put your pictures in it for you for the best possible outcome because the coating over the picture bonds in it place and makes it so beautiful and glossy!!!!!I had the best experience with it. It's been almost two months of my daughter in-law wearing it everyday and it's still in the exact condition it was in when it was delivered. I hope this helps. Bought this for my 7 yr old’s bday. Put a photo of her mom and her on the left, and her and I on the right. Worth every penny! This thing is as beautiful as described in the photos. Extremely sturdy. This company cares for its products. It comes in a nice box with a meaningful note. Beautiful as pictured. There’s a blue plastic heart that comes with it, assuming to open the locket? It didn’t work, too large, yet my fingernail worked fine.My only constructive feedback would be to provide a template sized for the locket that can be laid over a (downsized) photo for best placement and cutting. The photo space is really small, about 1/2” at the wide part of the heart. I had to downsize even a tiny photo I found of my late husband’s last bicycle ride, yet then had trouble cutting a heart of the photo to fit inside the locket, wasting toner and photo paper and dampening my enthusiasm. It probably took 10 printed photos to get my final, originally of his face that became too blurry with downsizing (through Photoshop).The chain is slim and a little hard for me to clasp, yet pretty, and I like its length. It’s about 18” around and falls just above my sternum. The clasp area gives about 2” to shorten or lengthen it. It’s a bit pricey, yet acceptable because of the quality and meaning of such a locket. I didn’t like any others as much.This was a try before you buy item, which was generous. I bought it as soon as I opened it. Nice product, likable company.

This is the second time that I have bought a beautiful locket from this manufacturer. It is really beautiful work great detail and very high quality. I bought this as a gift for a dear friend and she loves it I highly recommend both the locket and the manufacturer all of their work is just fantastic!

I was looking for a discreet sized locket for pics of my parents and this was perfect..I love bees so the outside design appealed to me. I took the advice of other reviewers and had the pics added by the seller and I was so glad I did as it would be difficult to get such a perfect fit on your own. This item made me very happy

Es de plata s925, la cadenita parece frágil. Es de tamaño de una moneda de 1 peso mexicano aproximadamente. La caja viene con una franelita. Es un poco difícil abrirlo al inicio.

The chain is a little shorter than i like, but thats not a strike against this necklace, its just my personal preference.The quality is good and the chain doesnt grab my hair like a lot of chains do. I love it.
