The day before this resistance band set arrived, I received an email from the customer service department at Veth Fitness letting me know that the shipment was on its way and promising to check back to see if I had any questions or concerns. When I received the package the quality of the set seemed very good but one of the bands had been packaged with a kink in it and there were creases and some discoloration on that one band. I replied back to the customer service email asking if that band could be replaced. I got an answer within 24 hours that I would be receive a replacement free of charge. I was also advised that I would receive a PDF of guidelines and exercises via email soon, as will all who have bought this set. I also learned about their Facebook page which has daily posts with tips and exercises.Great customer service and a good quality product at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very good quality product. I have not had any issue with the bands to date and I use them daily (couple of weeks) I only would like that the package included another couple of handlers because it is somewhat cumbersome to change between exercises that require different resistance (or for my wife to use other available bands at the same time I am exercising)The provider has been checking upon how I am doing with the bands and offered to solve quickly any complaint. I think this is good customer service although I have not had any problem to report yet.

I purchased these bands with the idea in mind to workout while I am traveling. After the first use, one of the bands snapped right in the center of the band. I was not over powering them, as I was doing a simple front raise. The band snapped and shot back up at my face, but luckily missed. I want to return these bands for a refund. I should have bought more trusted bands and did my homework. I will upload some photos to show the issue. Please take my advise and look elsewhere.

The bands are pretty good but the package didn't include this information below, which I believe its important because I had to be guessing/testing the level of resistance on each band. I had to search in amazon after my first routine to know exactly the levels on each band color I was using.5 bands color coded by resistance level. Yellow: 5lbs, Green: 8lbs, Red: 12lbs, Blue:20lbs, Black: 25lbs

These bands are high quality, exactly what I was looking for. The shipping was so fast, I was taken by surprise! I am a certified personal trainer and use these bands (yes, already) for my clients, and for myself also. I will definitely be back due to the high quality and fast shipping. I just received these and have used once..So far they are fine. They seem fairly sturdy.The items arrived in proper amount of time and packaged well.I wish they were a little longer but was aware of length when i purchased. I wasn't sure how far they would extend.Will know more as they are used .

When my son get heavily involved in playing lacrosse, he wanted to tone up a bit so he helped himself to my set of resistance bands. I went online to search for a replacement set and found these.I got the shipment last week and have been using them every day. They appear to be good quality and are easy to clip on or take off from the handles. Time will be the ultimate test, but these seem like they are pretty durable. I will update if there are any quality problems.
