I got this product for my husband since he likes to ride his bicycle for exercise. First the pros, the touch screen works just fine and recognizes his face on his IPhone 12. It has two side compartments to hold small items. Here's the cons: there are two straps and one of the straps due to its location is useless, it doesn't secure anything. During his bike ride, the phone bag didn't stay in place due to its poor design. My husband got so frustrated with it that he went back to using his old phone mount. Also, he didn't like the way it looked on his bike, he felt that it looked cheap.
