Low quality, works, but works like outdated technology.
It's seem like a buggy protype product still in development or low quality, especially if you used other similar competitor products. Will feel frustrated with the speed of navigation withing the menu items.

Budget Android TV box; plays Prime Video only at 480p, max.
I'm comparing this to my current budget Tanix box - Android 9 with 4GB ram and 64GB rom. Picture quality on this Android 11 box is slightly better - fewer artifacts and less noise in picture. Both boxes can have a slight waxy quality to colors. However, this box lags in routine operations like accessing features of apps. If you click the mouse multiple times in succession, operation will stall up to a minute with fairly frequent reboots. So, click once and wait to see if it registered. Annoying. The deal-breaker for me is that this box plays Prime Video only at 480p maximum resolution. That's typical of most Chinese-branded Android TV boxes. The internet can't agree on why. Speculation includes that almost all of these boxes, including this one, have DRM settings of Widevine L3 (which forces the 480p limit though most other streaming services can play higher than 480p), not the L1 required for 1080p; or, that certification/licensing from Amazon is required; or, that Amazon has to to whitelist the box.My only other air mouse remote came with a Sony home theater receiver. I hated it. This one isn't half bad. It has multiple keys for most of the functions normally requiring menu access. I still can't get the hang of twisting my wrist to direct the mouse. To use he remote's voice command, you have to set Google Assistant as the default . You then press and hold the voice button to speak. Similar to using voice on the PlayStore or for search on Android, but with a physical button. Seems poorly integrated - you can open but not close apps. Not clear if you can actually control apps with voice. When I tried to use voice control of Prime Video, Android said I have to link that to Assistant in settings. BUT, while a number of apps are listed for linking, Prime Video isn't and there doesn't seem to be any way to add it. Not interested in giving Google my login, anyhow. Might investigate further, or maybe contact the vendor later.Only tried Prime Video and Youtube (which looks fine). Personally, this unit isn't really an upgrade from my Tanix or other older budget boxes, unless you want Android 11, an air mouse with voice, or the ability to use Google Assistant (assuming that you can actually control apps with voice).

Works Great for the price
I was a bit skeptical, a 4K Android TV box running Android 11, for this price seemed cheap but i am extremely impressed with its performance and features. The box is small and compact, and it easily fits into any entertainment setup. The first thing that I noticed about the box is its stunning 4K image quality. The box supports a wide range of video formats, including HDR 10+ and AV1 for video playback, and it delivers an immersive and cinematic viewing experience. The Android 11 operating system is smooth and responsive, and it allows me to access a wide range of apps and streaming services.I wish this box also came with a built-in Chromecast, which whould make it easy to cast content from my phone or tablet to the TV, it does not say It anywhere so I'm unsure if it has it or not.One of the standout features of the box is the included air mouse remote. The remote has a compact and ergonomic design, and it allows me to easily navigate the user interface and control my TV with precise and intuitive gestures, plus it has a voice button also but I did not find myself using it much.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my 4K Android TV box and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a feature-rich streaming device at cheaper than Google one and it also comes with ethernet and USB ports!

It is used not new
It was used, with no batteries, and the packaging looks as if someone packed away it in rush.
