TONYMOLY The Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Cream,

Okay, so read lots of review and decided to try this lotion not sure what to expect. I have been using it daily for over a month now, and i absolutely LOVE this facial lotion. I have a light, freckled complexion...aging in my 40's, but still break out easily around my chin. Most lotions, even oil-free and all that jazz for sensitive skin, cause an oil build up and break out in certain areas. This Chok Chok lotion has been very good for my skin and it does not cause breakouts on me.As for more positives, I LOVE the smell. It's like a citrus smell almost. It feels soothing and fresh!The texture is VERY unique ad takes a bit to get used to. As others have said it is like a light creamy gel. The name of the product describes it as watery, i don't think it's as watery or gel-like as the neutrogena hydro-boost, and i always felt like that did nothing for me, where as this lotion goes into the skin and i can feel the difference, but it's light and not heavy.As for stickiness and absorption on my skin. It goes on very nicely, you can feel it absorb. It doesn't absorb completely and does leave a sticky feeling. HOWEVER, it goes away immediately with applying my primer or foundation, and THEN my skin feels clean and DRY, while also feeling hydrated and refreshed.Lastly, i know it doesn't boast of being a wrinkle cream, but it has really helped the appearance of my skin overall and diminished fine lines. I even use it around my eyes.UPDATE: shortly after i wrote the review i began breaking out. I have VERY sensitive skin, and it seems that anything with green tea/vit C is nice at first and then later causes breakouts.Having said that i have continued using on neck and arms! It is better than my body lotions!! absorbs so well.

Just so you have a little background on my skin, I have a combination skin type- my T-zone gets really oily and the rest of my face is normal. I am also an acne-prone person. As someone who is combo/oily, I have to be careful of a number of things when it comes to moisturizers. They can't be too heavy making it feel like my skin is under a mask and, I have to be careful of moisturizers clogging my pores causing me to breakout.This moisturizer was exactly what I wanted it to be. It was neither heavy nor irritating to my skin. Even with a small amount, I found it really moisturizing and refreshing. I do have to wait a couple more seconds than other moisturizers for it to absorb but once it does, my faces looks moisturized and healthy. I tested it out for day and night use. Personally, I found that if it was too humid outside, it felt a little heavy. Otherwise, it was very comfortable for both day and night use.I love that green tea is the first ingredient (it's the Camellia Sineses extract) and not water which most products usually have. The consistency is definitely a thicker gel when you scoop it out of the pot but as you work it on your face, as the same says, it turns watery. It has a slight scent, probably from the green tea, but after I apply it, I don't notice it. Overall, this is a product I would recommend trying and one I would repurchase.

I've been using TONYMOLY The Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Cream for several years now, and I really love how moisturizing it is for me, along with excellent ingredients! I rarely need to, but occasionally I'll supplement with a serum or essence underneath, and I do use sunscreen over it. For the best results, make sure to pat it in. This makes my skin super soft! There is no noticeable scent to it, and it's never made me break out.

Overall this moisturizer is pretty decent.Moisturizing level: 4/5. I bought this and used it during the summer nights. It's not too light and not too thick either, just how I like it. I dont wake up with oily skin and it leaves my face looking fresh. It does however, take some time for the moisturizer to lock in and not have that sticky-ish texture.I am happy with this product, but it's not something I would repurchase.

I have dry sensitive skin and this is the best moisturizer I've found so far. I hate the way moisturizers always leave a gross oily film, and this one doesn't! It just soaks right in. Also I like the scent because it's very light and pleasant, I'm pretty sensitive to smells so that's a lot coming from me. I've been using it for over a year now best switch I've ever made 👏

Skincare is highly personal so I've had the issue of trying products that everyone raved about but didn't work for me, especially having combination type skin. I got a sample of this in my Ipsy bag in a turn of fate and found that this is the absolute perfect face cream for me in terms of absorption, smell, and its totally restorative qualities. I hate creams that are too thick and leave a residue or greasy feel but this absorbs in 5 minutes and just leaves my face feeling like satin. My face is soft literally days after using this. It keeps my skin clear from acne and balances tone/texture without being drying OR greasy at all. It also smells really nice. Only thing I don't love is how expensive it is and the misleading packaging size (the jar itself is quite bigger than the actual amount of product it contains). I think it's well worth a try though, especially if you can find a sample.

I'd give this a three and a half if I could, because it is not inherently a bad product. The water cream goes on nicely and is moderately moisturizing for a couple hours. However, if you have dry skin this is not going to be moisturizing enough. Skin feels tight underneath. I also tried using it overnight, and with a sleeping pack, and my skin still didn't feel moisturized enough. I'd say this is good for normal skin that does not exfoliate or is subject to peels often.Another positive note, this cream has a very glassy finish and lives up to the "chok chok" name!

Me encanta esta crema porque mi piel la absorbe muy rápido, es muy ligera, fresca cuando te la aplicas, es ideal para la piel grasa, en el día o en la noche la puedes usar, recomiendo complementarla con la espuma limpiadora y la crema de ojos.

Excelente crema, textura ligera y aroma delicado y sutil. Me encanto, la uso de noche y de día.

Esta crema es la única que realmente ha controlado la grasa de mi cara, hidrata muchísimo, dura todo el día y me ha ayudado muchísimo a que no me salgan granos. Excelente producto

Me gustó mucho, es una crema muy hidratante, espesa ideal para pieles secas.Mi piel también suele ser sensible y esta crema no me causó irritación, ocupo muy poca cantidad para sentirme hidratada

Hidrata bien sin dejarla grasosa y el aroma me encanta.
