Honestly, it won't work for everyone. I'm considered morbidly obese, and I started dieting last week along with taking these as a supplement. It did originally clean me out. The product has its pros and cons. Not all diets will work the same for everyone. Find one that works for you. Do your research.

Although they were easy to swallow and not bad on the taste they did not work even with diet and exercise. I did not lose weight in fact I gained 10 pounds while on these for two months. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have taken these now, as instructed: 2 chews prior to eating twice a day with a large glass of water. I have not lost the miraculous amounts of weight these chews claim or seem the miraculous melting of fat like the commercial videos show. I do however notice I extract more during urination and to me these chews act like a water pill. Knowing the science that your body needs water to hold onto carbohydrates and sugars to turn cells into fat cells, you would think after 3 weeks the scale would move in a downward directions. It has not. Same. I am an a river person who does yoga twice a week, and Pilates once a week. I walk between 8,000-12,000 steps a day, and I am very active from morning to night. I also eat low carb, no sweets, and lots of vegetables. The taste great! The sweetest thing I eat all week. If you are looking for that miracle tablet, this is not it.

I have lost about 1 lbs every other day. I truly thought I was going to be wasting my money but it wasnt.. The gummies taste like green apple 🍏 I felt focused and energized without the gitters and also kept me from excessive eating. Very satisfied

I’ve taken this product for a month now and have seen a drop in appetite, mote energy and ability to focus more. I’ve taken other substances in the past, but as of now this one does seem to work. It’s not a miracle worker but it definitely aids in a persons ability to control their diet and be able to get things done during their day. I highly recommend giving this a try

These showed me no change in appetite, energy, nothing different. Just the same thing. Oh, I did gain a little more weight. Taste was like acv and sweetener.
