Good value for the money
I bought this bag along with two others at around the same price range, and this one was the keeper. The PVC material is pretty hardcore and did a good job keeping the water out during a rainy drive. I live in the Pacific northwest and this thing held up well, especially after using waterproof spray. The material did fine against 70mph highway winds, and when stuffed full, kept its shape. I like how it comes with a pre-cut roof mat to protect the paint on top, while the other bags did not have this. Would definintely purchase again. That being said, here are the small complaints I have about the bag but should not be deal breakers:1. The zippers around the back corners are taught and delicate and need to be used with caution.2. The straps are time-consuming. You have to thread the velcro in to the restraints each time you mount it, so plan on spending at least 15-20 minutes just strapping the thing down.3. The aerodynamic shape is kind of pointless unless you can stuff soft items towards the front that form a 45 degree angle.4. The carrycase is cheap

Did it’s job well!
I was finishing off a move from NY to Florida and realized I couldn’t fit everything in my car so I bought this on Amazon. There wasn’t much in the way of installation instructions so that was a little confusing. But after watching the videos in the Review section it was simple enough. The only thing was that I was using the carrier without a roof rack and there were only 4 door hooks yet they included 8 straps. After using four of the straps with the door hooks the carrier was securely on top of the car but I didn’t know if I was supposed to use the other 4 straps somehow. I got in touch with the company and they said just keep them as replacements if needed or I could try to attach them in some way. Well, there was no way so I drove all the way from NY to Florida, going 80-80mph at times, and it didn’t budge an inch. I had 2 suitcases plus bags of clothes in it and it worked great. I was careful to put the heavy suitcase in the middle and surround it with the lighter stuff. The carrier worked just as I needed it to! I was grateful for the small lock as well since I did stay overnight in a motel along the way.

Holds a lot, kept things dry, PAIN to use when cold
This thing held 2 fold up cots, 2 tents, 2 sleeping bags, 4 camping chairs and a bunch of other stuff. It kept it all dry. There was some moisture in the bottom of the bag but I think that was from the things were putting inside. The one thing I will say is that the zipper are very tight. We used it in cold weather too so it made it even more difficult to move the material around and try and move the zipper. Wow.BUT... it kept everything dry. We ended up using ratchet straps because I trust them more. I didn't hear any rattling at all. We were driving a minivan and were getting 20 mpg.

Had to reinforce straps.
The topper did have quite a bit of space for us to pack our luggage and extra equipment. However, unless you fill it with pillows, blankets, or other soft items, it will never look like the picture. It was a little bulky for 1 person to install. Also, we had to reinforce the velcro straps because the velcro wasn't very strong.Overall, it did the job we purchased it to accomplish. It is a very sturdy bag.

Nice, but....
This was a nice sturdy cargo bag but the zippers are trash and the "aerodynamic" design is a fail unless you put something rigid and heavy in the front part it catches the wind and creates allot of drag once I figured this out it wasn't bad until the zipper broke in half not just come off but split in half at it's thickest point just trash zippers
