I watched a review of this product on YouTube that compared several brands of similar instruments and was looking forward to experimenting with this instrument.I picked the design that I wanted because I thought it was beautiful. However, I did not receive the design I picked. The one I received is still lovely - just not the design I ordered. So keep that in mind if a specific design is important to you.The packaging was remarkably well-done. This came from Ukraine and it was very well-packed to survive the journey intact - excellent packing job!I am not a musician and I cannot judge the quality from anything but an amateur point of view. However, the instrument itself has at least one "note" that does not ring true. Rather than producing a tone when hit on one of the "keys," a dull thud is produced. Nevertheless, I can make some pretty sounding songs by just avoiding the dull area.Overall, I am happy to have this instrument but I am disappointed in the quality and I would have liked to have known in advance that I would not be able to pick the design that was shown on the Amazon website..

Incredibly fast service and a really beautiful instrument. It sounds wonderful, especially when paired with the percussion rubber mallets I ordered through Amazon as well. Beautiful craftsmanship.
