Good seal and weather proof
Seals nice; no water leaks. Had ordered a pack last year and it’s doing good still. It had been out in sun, rain and cold weathers.

Almost perfect
I brought the 16 Pcs 1/2 inch Tubing Irrigation Fittings Kit, For (1/2" ID x0.6-0.63" OD) 16mm Drip Tubing Barbed Locked Nuts Connectors 2 Ends, 2 Elbows, 2 Switch Valves, 2 US Standard Adapters, 4 Tees 4 Couplings. The description says they are for 16mm piping. I used them with Netafim brown 17 mm piping and they worked wonderfully. My home irrigation system was installed about 15 years ago. The brown Netafim piping gets less flexible with age and thus Netafim fittings are difficult to attach (or detach) without using a heat gun to improve the flexibility of the older piping. And dragging a heat gun around to change fittings is, well, a drag,But these fittings work wonderfully even with my older Netafim piping. So why not five stars? The supplied fittings for attaching 1/2 inch irrigation piping to a hose bib are unitary. The ferrel which you turn to attach a hose (for example) to a hose bib is unitary with the shaft and barb which the piping slips over. The bottom line is that you cannot easily attach and detach the 1/2 inch irrigation piping from a hose bib fitting after everything is installed. So why might you want to do that? Where I live the winters are cold. I use battery operated timers and those timers need to be removed each fall and reconnected each spring. If water were in the timer during a hard freeze, it would turn to ice and the expansion of the ice would destroy the inner workings of the timer.Since the ferrel doesn't rotate on the shaft of the hose bib attachment fitting, it will be a pain to detach the irrigation piping from a timer each winter and reattach it each spring. If you live where there is essentially zero chance of a hard freeze, that's likely a non issue. You need to keep everything installed all year long. But for the rest of us, having to detach the supplied hose bib attachment fitting will be a pain. There is a work around of course. Combine the hose bib attachment fitting with a short Garden Hose Extension Adapter (available at Amazon). But that's an added expense which this manufacturer could have easily avoided by making the ferrel at separate part that could freely rotate on the shaft of the hose bib fitting. My rating system:5 stars..... Very good, recommended.4 stars..... Better than average.3 stars..... Average, nothing especially good or bad.2 stars..... Less than average, not recommended.1 star ..... Junk, do not buy.Almost perfect and thus almost 5 stars.

Complete rubbish.
Complete rubbish. I've had drip irrigation for years (7). I was using compression fittings. They give up after a couple of years (this seems great now!). I thought I would "upgrade" to these fittings that screw on over the hose because I thought they would last longer. No way. These things separate very other day. When a hose separates, it floods the area as you can imagine. I've lost product (fruit/veg) because of this. I highly recommend to steer clear of this product.

Easy to use!
These are amazing. I’m an older lady and struggle with other styles that require large hands and brute strength to connect. I can do my own repairs without help now. I will never use the other styles again.
