For as pricey as they are I was expecting 100% comfort, but these pillows are too high/puffy. The biggest problem is that you don’t really sink into the pillow because the air has trouble escaping the material especially if you get covers for them. Not bad if you are using pillows to lean back on or if you are using them between legs but to sleep on I always wake up with a sore neck in the morning. Had a better experience with cooled memory foam type pillows which were half the price.

LOVE! I looked at lots of reviews on lots of pillows and apparently lots are showing up moldy which immediately turned me off of them! That was not a problem with these pillows thank goodness. Came well packaged and vacuum sealed. Fluffed up nicely when taken out. No weird smell or anything like some pillows can have (I know that bothers some people so wanted to mention it) and super comfy! I was having neck and shoulder pain from my other pillow and the first night I slept with this pillow I awoke with no pain! For me it is the perfect amount of support. Your head sinks in perfectly, not too much and not too little! I hope they never stop making this pillow!

I wanted to use these for a couple of days before I left a review. They are definitely a 5-star item. They're heavy and dense in comparison to our other pillows but that they're not at all hard. They are SO comfortable and just cradle your head without being mushy and soft. They absolutely give you the best in comfort. My husband and I both agree we are sleeping more soundly on these pillows. The only "negative" is that they're so full they can be difficult to get into pillowcases. But really that is a nice problem to have and I would never dock it a star for that reason. If you're looking for a good pillow, these are the ones.

Foam pillows are THE way to go, not these. After spending hundreds of dollars trying different pillows for a good night supportive sleep, the foam pillows are the best. Thought I would give these a try but like many they go flat quickly while you are trying to sleep. Lets think about this, they arrive in a vacuum package and very flat. You have to fluff them up and soon thereafter they almost resume their original flat shape. With a foam pillow thats really supportive to the head and neck, and arrives in the same shape they stay in all night says a lot. Avoid these pillows and thats easy now as they are listed as not available anymore! Hmmmm

I was hoping these pillows would have been like the ones I found at the Holiday Inn hotel chain. Yet, they are a little to thick and seems to irritate my neck. Even though I wanted to like these pillows, I've found myself going back to my older pillows and these have gone between my legs or ended up on the floor. If you have neck issues, stay away from these pillows.

I love this pillow! They are so comfortable and retain their and comfort. They have not gone flat like so many pillows before these! Love them!

These are nice. Really nice. Was going to order a different brand but then I saw all of the recent mold issues on the top-selling brands. We ordered King size and these are just right.....soft but plenty supportive as stated by other reviewers. Compression in the center under full weight of the head is less than 50%.

I am very picky when it comes to choosing pillows. These were suggested by one of my friend and after I received them everything I was told about them were 100% true. Very soft and comfortable but firm to sleep in. Does not get hot or sweaty at all, the Gel keeps them cool through out the night. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family 5Stars....
