Great quality, great price
To be honest, i struggled with the install. It was a very tight fit to get some of the pieces together, which in the end is a good thing because it prevents movement. There was no direction on lining up to the right holes so the mirrors are lined up correctly. I did spend time thinking that i had the wrong parts. However, once together and installed they are fantastic. I love these. The only thing I’m disappointed about is that I’ve only been able to use them for a week, it hasn’t stopped raining long enough for me to take the doors back off!

Better then I expected
After reading some of the reviews (after I ordered) I was a little worried.I’ll start off with the negative, no instructions. If you can’t figure it out with instructions then don’t get it.Pros are numerous. Price, quality, ease of install, looks... over all I’m glad I got it. Drove into town three times today and have had no issues.

Just what I was looking for
So I have only had this for a few days now, so this is more of my first impressions.Materials and ConstructionOver all this is a good solid product. Good materials, but not high end. If you are expecting Gold plated titanium or something like that, this is not for you. The product is solid and well made. To the review that speak to the rust - I can see where it can rust up if you are looking to make these a year round replacement for the stock mirrors, where they connect to the mounting bracket, is exposed metal with no coating, this will rust if left on year round. For me these are just summer mirrors when the doors are off so no worries for me. Also the mounting bolts are cheap and one of the hex bolts stripped on me while trying to install this.InstallationThis product was easy to install, but I do have a few issues with it. There were no instructions with this at all. If I had not read other reviews on here and not watched some Youtube videos, I can see where it would be very easy to install these wrong. Do not use the bolts that come with this product. the threading on them is not very well aligned and they are not as strong as the bolts you will remove from your jeep. After stripping one, I just used the bolts that I removed. I would recommend this.UseSo far, I have not seen any movement of the mirrors while driving (Had the jeep up to 70mph with these on). There is a minor vibration at high speeds, but nothing that I would not expect from this style of mirror (I have seen the same in mirror of this style on pickups) and nothing that prevents me from seeing out of them at high speeds. They are not large, but about the size of the stock mirrors. I think the pics in some of the other reviews show this, but I want to call it outOverallThis is a good product for the $40 USD I paid for this. It was what I was looking for and its short comings do not bother me. I would recommend this.

Does not work well!!
Hello, I’m not a big fan of this product. A couple of major issues. The product seems good, but 1) the swivel base is terribly designed and there are 3 screws holding the bracket together and can be tightened to lock in-place. The screws seem to have just simple nuts on the inside and there is a good chance these can loosen and you can’t get them tight. I spun one over and over until it somehow tightened (lucky); however, one nut seemed to have completely fallen off even before I installed the mirror and I could hear it rattling around inside. In about an hour I could probably design a better system that would be way better. 2) the mirror is not convex and utilizes a plain flat glass. In order to see anything behind you, you have to move your head/body in a square pattern in order to get much of anything in your view. I think this is a huge safety issue and renders the mirror useless. I do not recommend this product.

Not impressed
The concept is nice. However, the product is cheaply made. First, one of the supplied bolts broke, yes broke off inside my Jeep with not much force needed.Second, if you decide to drive faster than 30 mph, the arms move. No amount of tightening will help. I’m sure I could rig it up somehow but for the money, I’ll try something else. Nice try but not quite up to snuff.

Easy install & nice to have when the doors are off.
The brackets were very easy to install and setup for quick install and removal of the mirrors when taking the doors off and on. The brackets do not look bad when the mirrors are not in use. The mirrors feel sturdy and do not vibrate when driving down the road. I would buy these again if needed.

2014 JK Rubicon, great value!
Just got my first 4 door wrangler, and these were what I needed to go doorless. The bolted right onto the windshield frame in the top two holes with the factory bolts, and once set and tightened, held their spot in 75mph, wind, and day-night temp swings from 100*F to 65*FNot crazy about the slightly flimsy feel, but they did exactly what I needed them to do, without complaint, so i am completely satisfied

No seller communication
As others have said, the mirrors do fold in once you get going. I already planned for that as you can see in the second Pic. They also said that the mirrors are distorted, and they are, but it isn't very bad. My biggest complaint is that they are very uneven as you can see in the first Pic. If holding the arms next to each other they are identical and that's the problem. Once you put the passenger side (in my case) on, the angle "changes" and lowers the mirror. I tried every way possible to get it right but nothing. Attempted to contact the seller with no response. If they lined up like they should I would say it is a decent product but as it stands I am less than happy. I haven't seen this complaint before so maybe it's just my set. Maybe the seller will see this review and make things right but for now it gets 2 stars. Will update if things change.
