the reason for the bad review is that I ordered the above product as advertised at 200 ml but was supplied with the 100 mlsize. Despite contacting yourselves and the third party involved {Scent Perumes} I got no satisfaction. The eventual outcome was that Scent Perfumes blamed Amazon for wrongly advertising = after being emailed by both sides I was askedto return the 100 ml. After speaking to your representatives on at least two occassions and objecting to being expected topay the return postage for this item which woud have meant I would have paid almost £14 in postage for nothing;I suffer from a number of health problems which means that I am unable to get out and about much, as a result I do shop online quite a lot but i became so frustrated and upset trying to resolve this issue I decided to give in and have kept the 100 mlperfume for which I have paid over the odds [This was meant as a Xmas gift from my husband] = your profit and my loss. I await your comments

This is my all time favourite that comes out on special occasions- the last bottle I had lasted 8 years and never went off or diminished over time. Expensive yes but worth it

This perfume was considered by the recipient ( a gift ) not to be the real thing, being weak to the smell and not the same when compared with high street sellers. Seller said could not refund as had been opened. How else would you know?

This is great and well worth the cost.

Leider hat uns der Beauty UK Store das Prad EdT und nicht das EdP geschickt. Ich wollte meine Frau überraschen, aber als Sie die Flasche gesehen hat, war klar dass das nicht das bestellte und richtige Produkt ist. Der Verkäufer wurde mittlerweile kontaktiert und darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Das EdT hat eine grüne, milchige Flasche und das EdP eine durchsichtige Flasche.Der Duft ist - wie von der Firma Prada nicht anders zu erwarten - sehr gut. Sehr frische, saubere und pudrige Noten sind enthalten. Meiner Frau gefällt auch das EdT. Glück gehabt. :)Update 20.11.2016Alle schlechten Bewertungen für den Shop Beauty UK fliessen nicht in die Gesamtwertung für diesen Shop ein. Der Shop hat mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen. Man solle sich direkt an Amazon wenden, da Beauty UK zwar als Verkäufer angeführt ist, aber die Ware von Amazon versandt wird. Kundenfreundlich geht anders. Deshalb werden alle schlechten Bewertungen für diesen Shop nicht gezählt, weil Amazon für das Versandergebnis verantwortlich sei. Ware schon verkaufen und das bezahlte Geld einstreifen, aber sobald ein Fehler entsteht, die Verantwortung auf andere abschieben. Wenn man sich die Bewertungen im Detail ansieht ist täglich eine schlechte Bewertung dabei, weil entweder falsches Produkt oder beschädigte Verpackung. Ich kann diesen Beauty UK als Shop nicht empfehlen.Die Bewertung für das Parfüm - vergessen es ist ja ein Eau de Toilette statt einem Parfum - selber bleibt auf vier Sterne.Liebe Grüsse Tom
