Q: Will an RTX2080ti fitnin this case?

Absolutely…I have an Asus Rog Strix 3060 O12G V2 in mine and am about to install a Gigabyte GTX 1050 Along side of it so I can run 5 monitors at once. There is plenty of space in this case for just about any components you would ever want to include in a build. It is a great case for the price.

Yes I have a 360mm Deepcool cooler. Plenty of room.

Q: What is the maximum rpm about the fans?

Maximum speed up to 1200 rpm, and fans speed can be adjusted by remote control.
