General Wire KR-RK Kinetic Water Ram Repair Kit

Doesn't get better than this. This tool has saved me thousands of dollars, and I've had the tool for a decade before it needed this rebuild kit. The kit replaces all the rubber parts as well as the leather piston. It includes neatsfoot oil for the leather.If you're using a snake to clean drains, you can do the work in 1/10the the time without breaking a sweat with this tool.

watched the video and did the job in no time. 7/16 wrench loosens gauge and internal nuts better than the general video man with adjustable wrenches. also may need very large channellocks or pipe wrench to hold back body when taking tool apart. tool is as good as new

It did the job for me

Thanx for all the reviewers helping me out. I have change everything. The manufacture oil was dried up so I used sewing maching oil. Question pump rod connected to the handle there is a small hole. Am suppose to drop some oil to lube from time to time. Not top hole Allen key. The hole does lead to inside chamber.YouTube video just show how to use the water ram not to repair it with the kit.Again thank you all for helping me out.

Invaluable tool. Worth every penny. Sometimes it's the only tool that can clear a drain.

I messed up the first time I attempted to repair the water ram...but got it right the second time around.Wait to add oil until you have installed the new seal.Instructions could be a little better, but you'll figure it out eventually.
