Good Car Top Basket
We used this to keep our car top bag off of the sunroof for a trip up north in the winter. We knew it would see ice and snow but we didn’t initially plan to drive through a super storm with 70mph winds mixed with ice.It held up well. The deflector kept some debris from the bag and the bars were sturdy enough to hold our Christmas presents and winter gear.Only time will tell regarding longevity.One suggestion is to secure it to the cross rails off the car first. The mounting brackets are oddly shaped pentagons. Then, have a friend help you place the rails and this basket on your roof rack together.Overall, it’s a good buy at a reasonable price.
