1. Wash rice, put it in the clay pot, and add suggested amount of water in the chart or to the water line inside corresponding to the quantity of the rice you cook. To cook better, you may adjust the amount of water. Remember the water line inside is just a guide line for better cooking. Find a better amount of water to best fi t your preference as you cook more.
2. Soak the washed rice in water for 20 to 30 min.
3. Place the inner lid and the outer lid on top.
4. Cook in the microwave(500w) for approx. 12 min. for 1 cup and approx. 15 min. for 2 cups, and let the rice steam for 15 min. after being cooked.
