It's great to watch my DVDs again!
Since my new desk top will not play my DVDs, I found the MinLove unit a good substitute. I am happy with the performance of the Unit but I want to particularly complement the service department. My lack of technical skills caused me major problems and the service department was invariably patient, courteous, helpful and anxious that I solved the problem and was happy with the unit. Considering the treatment I've received from other "service departments," I consider this a major positive attribute!

Battery not holding a charge
I bought it last August used a handful of times and now in Jan it will not hold a charge. I have 3 e-mail address's that I have written about my problem asking for help. Not one of those has answered me. It's a shame because I think maybe I just got a defective one and would send back so they could have parts off of it but I guess they don't want to stand behind their product. Maybe this will get their attention. I can't seem to.

A good value ...
With the DVR nearly full, I have gotten back into movies on DVD and found this handy unit. Real good picture quality, key layout is spacious, and the swivel screen makes viewing from odd angles possible. Handy remote is very convenient. A very robust player at a decent price.

Exactly what I wanted
My husband had a small dvd he had since serving in Iraq. Decided he needed something better. He likes to lay in bed and watch his old dvds. He isn’t computer savvy but it was so easy to set up for him. Sound is great. Picture is great. Headphones he had worked in it. So glad I got this for him. He loves it!

My 90+ year old father loves it! Easy to use, he loves his DVDs.
It is easy to use, and the sound is awesome! My father loves to watch his movies, or just listen to CDs. He does both with no problem, and only has the sound up to 2 or 3. It can be turned up incredibly loud.
