works well I really think it depends on the dog. Ours has to get shocked a few times before she knows to be quiet. Never thought I would need one but this baby girl is just a barker lol

Tends to not go off unless it's a true bark. I was hoping a aggressive growl would trigger to be set off. Still working on finding a balance but when it goes off, it deters the bark for sure.
