These things are gem. I keep them in the freezer and grab them every morning. I have very puffy, tired eyes when I get up and I put them under my eyes. They help take the swelling down and help my eyes feel refreshed. The only drawback is you have to hold them in place. I'm fine with that because I just use them for a few minutes. This works well for me and helps me start my day.

These are okay, they do not stay cold long though

They stay cold and feel great but they are really hard to keep from slipping around. I found I had to hold them in place which got old fast.

Packets do not have enough liquid. They thaw quickly.

Instructions are a little strange and brief. It tells you how to use hot or cold. Why would I put something hot or even warm under my eye? For super cold (freezer) you have to wrap it in a cloth to use or thaw them. I would say just put them in the regular refrigerator so they are cool. They are not adhesive so you kind of have to keep your head balanced unless you are lying down. Overall I like them when my eyes are puffy from allergies.

The plastic is to thick and smells terrible, the edges are sharp and scratchy and they are shaped weird. They sit on the eye socket and not under the eye. To get it to actually touch your under eye you have to flip them and then expose your sensitive skin to the scratchy plastic seam.

My eye doctor told me to get some hot pads to get rid of a stye on my eye or go have it surgically removed . I have used them 3 time now and it’s gone. If you live USA the amount for six eye patches over paying a deductible and copayment is so worth it. I also like to take and put the whole patch on my eyes it’s so relaxing.

They don’t stick well. They’re thicker then they look!
