The scale come with three battery which really help. It's totallly white and would display number if you step on it. The underneath are protected with four rubber points which keep it from scratching the floor. I connect it to the bluetooth so that i could track my weight consistently. I recommend this because it looks great for me.

The batteries are taped to the inside of the box. I found them a month later, FYI.I know that the scale is accurate compared to the scale at the Dr's office.I don't use the app. Haven't tried.

It shows completely wrong weight and doesn't connect to my device. The Bluetooth doesn't even see this scale. I don't know what's wrong with it but it shows about a half of my real weight. Basically it is totally useless and will be thrown away. I learned my lesson. Wanted something cheap and got real trash.

I received this products a few days ago and everytime I have checked my weight, I get a different number. I have tried checking my weight at the same time every day and using same kind of clothes. I have checked my weight three times in 15 minutes and I got weights with 2-3 pounds of differences.This scale doesn't work! I am working on my body and I need to see the real changes. I cannot use a scale that give me three different numbers in 15 minutes without eating nothing or work out yet.I actually put two weights of 5 pounds each one on the scale and that thing doesn't mark any weight at all. Like even activate. So after I add my hands to push, the scale activate but still don't mark any weight. I have moved them, put them in different positions, etc. For once I got the weight for only one of them.I would not recommend this scale for people who workout, are working on their weight/body, etc. May only work for people who check their weight like once a month or less frequent.

I purchased this for my best friend after her scale broke, and initially she was super thrilled. Said the app was awesome.But she has since reached out to me confused because the scale will not turn off, no matter what she does. She's been using it for just a few days and the batteries are already toast in it from its inability to turn off. I looked into it and saw that it's supposed to be an automatic feature, so the one she has received is definitely faulty. 😔 Be aware and test it out before your return window is up.
