No instructions, and NO it will not save your life if you fall!!!!!

What is weight of the belt? Can you list weight of individual items?

It is about 1 pound. If you care about your life I would not buy it. The belt continually loosens up unless you keep constant pressure on it. They offered me a free upgraded belt to take my review down, but i never got the new belt, so my review is still posted.

What is the item instruction? if it is the safety belt , which certification inspection the product?

There is no safety certification done on this belt. If there was one it would fail!!!!

Would this be a good belt for gym dips or sled pulls? I see that for some climbers, it loosens up.. but maybe this is good enough for gym use?

I do not think it would be good for gym use. It is good for climbing but not for the purpose you are asking.
