This was the first probiotic I had ever tried, so I have nothing to compare it to; my comments are based on my personal experience with the product without comparison to another. My brother-in-law who is a CrossFit fanatic suggested this product. I workout 5 days a week and am not a CrossFit person. I began noticing that after I was pregnant with my first child, I felt like I was always and/or easily getting sick.. In addition, prior to and subsequent to, I've always struggled with irregularity. He had suggested this as a way to get my gut in balance while also helping to build my immune system. Upon receipt, I began to take it right before a meal, and then felt and looked very bloated. I researched this a bit and learned that bloat is common with a probiotic. So I played with the timing and the best timing for me was on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before my AM meal. I noticed a change after a few days. The bloat was gone and I became regular. We have 2 children who are coming home from school and daycare with a fair amount of sick germs and I noticed that I wasn't feeling so sick all of the time. I changed nothing about my diet/day to day regimen except for adding this and I did that in order to ensure that what I was experiencing was directly attributed to the product. In my opinion, it was. My husband is also on this and feels that he is less prone to getting sick (he doesn't struggle with irregularity). Hope this helps the users.

This is a highly rated product and well reviewed however, it wrecked my digestion instantly and never let up for 3 weeks. I’ve taken probiotics with some regularity and like to rotate from time to time. I had never used puori but gave them a shot after lots of positive reviews. The first day I took it, I was in stomach distress within and hour. I continued taking the product for nearly 3 weeks thinking it needed some time to regulate my system but from day one until I quit it was the same stomach distress as day one. I switched to a Thorne, which I’ve used before and within about 48 hours was back to normal and feeling great. Probiotics are not a one size fit all but this was the first I’ve ever been so negatively impacted by a probiotic product. May work great for others but try at your own risk.

This product is fundamentally great and definitely helped me as someone who has issues with stress and stomach. However, some of the packages were no longer powder. I believe this was probably a manufacturing issue. I’d recommend buying direct from puorie’s site if you can afford it as I bought mine from VitaKing and can’t get support. Bummed that I paid for this great product but received a product with quality issues and can’t get support. Overall, I would recommend you buy these but buy them directly from puorie.
