Wonderful product that was well packaged and shipped quickly. Quality heavy duty futon that goes together without a hitch due to the wonderful instructions. Works very smoothly, and the mattress is very comfortable. I'm very pleased with this product!

Over all, I am happy with this purchase. It arrived 4 days ahead of the promised delivery date. It was fairly easy to assemble, took about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. The worst complaint I have is one of the bolts/nuts was rusted together, very hard to separate them. My husband finally got them separated and cleaned, and I was finishing the frame, I needed to loosen this bolt and now it is stripped because they are stuck together again. Not happy about that.I bought this for my teenage son and he seems to be happy with it. The true test will be if it can hold up to the challenge of my son. This is the third futon that he has had but it's the first wooden frame futon. We shall see. If we have any trouble, I will update this review.As I stated before, over all I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

With someone to help and a little patience, on a Sunday afternoon, it all came together. It feels solid and comfortable. Easy to convert from sitting to sleeping. No complaints whatsoever !
