Easily assembled with a 5mm Allen bit, nut driver and drill. Note that the chaise cart stops are incorrectly positioned: Step 1, L2 Blocking Sheet goes on Part C and L1 on Part D. I got tickled at the washers in the parts list being named “Mental Washers.” The chair looks good but is very hard. Good value and delivery was only one week, including a weekend.

The chair arrived late but both boxes came the same day. When I pulled everything out of the box, I was very happy with the color. From other review photos, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the color is perfect. Putting it together was more complicated. The instructions weren’t the best but I finally got it put together. The chair is very firm but I feel with time and sitting in it, it might soften a bit. I did recline it back and it works nicely. I was only able to get it to recline into two settings but maybe I just need to mess with it more (I plan to mostly use it in the upright position). I even ended up taking a small nap while testing it out. It is very sturdy and the electrical works great. I enjoy the cup holder. It fits perfectly in my room. Overall, I like this chair but it’s not for someone who wants to sink in as it’s way to firm for that but I like firm.

Relatively simple assembly. Much easier to use a video guide putting it together. My wife and I didn't kill each other so, that's a plus. I see the negative reviews about comfort but, it's a single bed/chair. Excellent value for the money. Size is also perfect for my office easily converting to a sleeping area. The cushions are stiff and I'm fine with that. Easy recline and adjustments. Absolutely worth the money if you're looking for a fix to turn an office into a bedroom at night. I really like the cup holder, side pouches and USB connections. Storage compartment underneath the chair is a big bonus too. Money well spent!

Relatively easy to assemble- I was able to do it myself aside from having my husband hold stool part up while attaching front. Comfortable but the back and cushion could be better. I will be getting a bigger pillow to lean against as I’ve found my back gets sore. Really nice quality that I can tell so far.

I was on the fence about buying this chair because of the mixed reviews. There are multiple similar chairs like this one on Amazon, but ultimately this was the size that made sense for my space and had thorough reviews. Many people state that the chair is firm to the point where it is uncomfortable. I disagree. I prefer a firm chair/bed, and while I have not slept on this for a full night, I never intended to. This is not a bed! I have napped on this chair for about an hour or so, and it's the right level of comfortable. It lives in my home office, and if I had a super plush bed in that room I would never wake up or leave! lol! I regularly have my morning coffee sitting here with my 2 dachshunds and watch TV for a few hours multiple nights in a row. Not uncomfortable at all. I'm not sure if I have any issues at all with this chair; for the price I paid it's exactly what I expected. Not luxury, but you're not going to get that at this price point. I'm sure it will have issues over the course of its life but again, you get what you pay for. For my purposes right now, this chair has been amazing. I've had it for 2-3 months.

These are cheaply made. After they were put together they are wobbly. Very uncomfortable horrible to sit on. Very little padding. Not worth over $300.00 a chair. Maybe worth $60.00. Wish I hadn't bought these without seeing them first.

Joanna, I am a 77 year old arthritic woman who found it nearly impossible to comfortly get out of the chair. I could not sleep in the chair. I tried for two nights with my own recliner cover and ended up in pain. The general hardness of the seat , foot rest, and head rest make it impossible to get out of the chair in sleep position. The esthetic is fine and the foot mechanism is innovative, but the possibility of adjusting foot or head ratcheting system while in the bed chair is impossible! The ratching head rest does not engage in different positions until several attempts of adjusting. I do not have cartons, but a do have the original plastic bags the cushions were wrapped in.a sheet. I will take photos of the chair in the morning . It is currently covered in a sheet and as you can see, I am writing this at 3am. Please make arrangements to pick up chair asap. Thank you. I'm very happy with this chair and with the company's customer service. My husband and I assembled this chair in one afternoon (he said I did most of the work). The parts can be heavy to maneuver but we're both older and not bodybuilders and were able to handle it. Just take it slow. Oh, and watch the video. The video was very helpful. There were a couple of minor problems with the shipment. On one arm side, the manufacturer had neglected to cut holes in the fabric for the screws. After a short discussion, we determined the screw holes were there in the wood and just cut the fabric ourselves. But be aware this may happen. The other problem was that the adapter for the USB charger was broken. I contacted customer service and they sent out the part immediately. Great service as others have noted. Comfort: The chair is firm, but I like that, and I do feel that it seems less firm after it's had time to breath. The pillow is soft and I admit I've taken a couple of naps on it already and find it very comfortable. But if you like super soft cushions, you'll need to get something to put on the chair. The quality of the chair exceeds my expectation. I love the gray linen fabric and it's cleverly constructed so you can pull out the bed. You can even pull it out part way and use as low footstool. The cup holder, storage compartments, and charger have already come in handy. The back of the chair is a little stiff to re-position but that may get better with time. Highly recommend this chair.

Bought this for the nights I can’t sleep, have heartburn or just want to sleep alone during my pregnancy. Very comfortable, was easy to put together, wide enough to sleep with my pregnancy pillow or nap on with my toddler when he wants to snuggle for his nap time.

Ich bin doch überrascht. Bei all den Rezessionen war ich mir nicht sicher, ob das so gut klappt. Aber das hat es. Der Sessel kam in 2 Paketen, dank DHL App war die Nachverfolgung kein Problem. Das 2. Paket mit dem Unterteil kam mehrere Tage verzögert, aber das lag an DHL. Ich habe den Sessel alleine aufgebaut. Die Anleitung ist zwar auf Englisch, aber die Bilder zeigen sehr gut wie der Aufbau funktioniert, alle Schrauben waren sehr gut gekennzeichnet. Man konnte sich hier nicht vertun, das war vorbildlich. Alleine habe ich knapp 1h für den Aufbau gebraucht. Die Qualität scheint solide zu sein. Alle Schrauben passten sehr gut und die Verschraubung wirkt qualitativ gut. Der Sessel riecht auch nicht total unangenehm oder so. Auch hier alles ok. Einzig der Stecker für die USB Buchse bzw. Der Stecker für die Steckdose ist unbrauchbar, weil es kein Euro Stecker ist. Aber den wollten wir eh nicht nutzen. Jetzt wird er getestet und ich hoffe, der erste gute Eindruck bleibt.

Material prima, Bauanleitungen in Deutsch wäre schön, für ältere Menschen wäre eine Lieferung bis in die Wohnung gut. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Ich bin wirklich absolut begeistert von diesem 3-in-1 Sessel! Er hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Die Aufbauanleitung war einfach und verständlich, so dass er innerhalb kürzester Zeit aufgebaut war. Ich persönlich benutze ihn als Lese-Sessel, wofür er sich wirklich perfekt eignet, da ich mich zum einen ganz normal darauf hinsetzen kann und zum anderen kann ich mich nach ausziehen des Sessels auch gemütlich hinein kuscheln und die Beine hoch legen! Für mich ist er bequem. Die Lieferung erfolgte in 2 Paketen. Durch Amazon war ich sehr irritiert, da mir angezeigt wurde, dass alles komplett geliefert wurde, nachdem nur ein Päckchen angekommen war. Ich habe dann zum Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen, welcher mir versicherte, dass das zweite Paket noch unterwegs war und Sie schickten mir die zweite Sendungsverfolgungsnummer, damit ich es nachvollziehen konnte. Als auch das zweite Paket da war, stellte ich beim Auspacken fest das durch den Versand die USB-Port Abdeckung beschädigt wurde. Ich teilte dies dem Kundenservice mit und Sie fragten mich ob ich ein Ersatzteil oder Geld zurück als Entschädigung bekommen möchte. Ich entschied mich für das Ersatzteil, welches Sie auch direkt zu mir losgeschickt haben. Also nochmal 5 Sterne extra für diesen super netten, freundlichen und schnell antwortenden Kundenservice!

Nachdem ich beide Pakete erhalten hatte erfolgte der Zusammenbau schnell und problemlos. Qualität ist überzeugend. Das Sofa macht als Sitzgelegenheit und Liege/Bett einen guten Eindruck. Die Verstellung der Rückenlehne ist (noch) schwergängig, aber das wird sich wohl nach mehrmaligem Betätigen legen. Das der Artikel in zwei Paketen verpackt ist wird in der Beschreibung und auf den Paketen zwar ausdrücklich erwähnt aber die Lieferung erfolgte zu unterschiedlichen Terminen (1x pünktlich, 1x eine Woche verspätet). Die Ankündigung erfolgte unter einer Trackingnummer, ich konnte also von Komplettlieferung zum vereinbarten Termin ausgehen. Das die verspätete Zustellung des zweiten Pakets als eigenständige Lieferung mit einer eigenen Trackingnummer erfolgt habe ich erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Lieferanten erfahren. Letztendlich hat alles geklappt. Einen Stern muß ich hierfür leider abziehen ( 1/2er hätte gereicht, geht aber leider nicht).
