I admit I was a beginner at creating gel nails with nail forms. I ordered a kit that I thought had all I needed. I noticed that the form would not adhere the way I wanted, so I was trying to get both hands into the UV light while pressing down on the nail. I thought about a close pin and thought there has to be an easier way.As usual, Amazon has everything. I found these and ordered them right away. It holds the nail form securely to your finger. They are clear and that helps with the UV curing light. There is a slight curve to help fit the nail. Something a close pin would not have. lol They are reusable and a big help for a beginner.

I purchased these clips in order to be able to cure my gel nail glue under my coffin nails. When I just use the gel and push it down it doesn’t stay and creates bubbles and doesn’t bond well. So I looked for these clips that we’re supposed to put pressure and get rid of those bubbles but they do not they are definitely not strong enough to help for a good contact with the nail glue to cure under the light

The clips are a bit uncomfortable, but do the job. Holds gel and nail form in place to set/clear under uv lighting. As a novice, this really helped with the process of applying nails at home.

These are great because they are designed better than other ones I have. They hold the finger and nail form in place, not too tight but it's really annoying when I see product coming out. They did improve on the design but if you use them product is still guaranteed to come out.

I bought these to use why doing gel extensions. I think, for me, it was easier to do them without the nail clips.However this might be good for beginners or poly gel nails. Maybe even for doing soak offs.
