Great for sending perishable items that need to stay cold. Great for frozen items as long as you include dry ice packs and seal the bags up tight.. Definitely recommend these.

The quality is very good. I use it to wrap my warm lunch box to separate it from the cool fruits in the lunch bag. It does the job. I wish they have a smaller version that can fit my lunch box better.

I bought these to enhance my “insulated” lunch bag. I purchased these to put inside the bag to see if they would keep my lunch cold. Well they do. I no longer need to use the communal refrigerator, I just keep my lunch in my bag, in my office, and the items stay cold throughout the day. Highly recommend for your lunch bags or boxes!
