The packaging is well done and the item does feel comfortable in my grasp but I couldn’t find any benefit to help me relax or get to sleep. I don’t know if this is because I use various other tense unit devices for back and knee pain and my system is already used to the sensation. I had my partner try and it and they didn’t have any positive reaction to it.

My kids were always wanting melatonin before bed but I hated giving it to them because of the lack of info on melatonin’s long term effects. NOT your finger tips but the flat part of your middle finger opposite of your fingernail.
