It keeps herbs fresh. Smell proof and fresh. It fits about 6-7 grams when packed tight. I have all 3 sizes and just want to show the comparison. I recommend for sure

Air tight and no smell.

These jars are the absolute best!! We've tried other ways to really protect our "herbs," but none of them worked as well as these. We've got several different sizes, and they really keep the herbs fresh. The only problem with the eighth oz jar is that it doesn't come with a humidity pack - I guess they figure you won't need it for such a small amount. We went through several trials with various strains to see what would work best for us - by the time we found the perfect strains for us, we had a rather significant collection of smaller samples - but just because they didn't work as well as some of the others, we didn't want them to go to waste!! We have no doubt that these will keep those smaller amounts safe until we want to dip in - but I do wish that they would include the humidity packs with even the small jars. But even so, I'd still give every Herb Guard product 5 stars - nothing else we've tried even comes close to this quality!!

Does the job perfectly.

This container is great and really is smell proof. The threads are nice and wide so you only have to give the lid a half turn to open it.It's a bit smaller than I was expecting, but still has a decent capacity. I bought this uncertain if I'd use it but I'm definitely going to use this for storing ground herbs from now on.

The outer box came abit damaged and overall everything look used and I didn't receive the boveda pack and scoop. I will not buy again and don't recommend !!
